It is supposed that the construction is during 7:30 - 18:00. But the contractors start working earlier. Sometimes, I hear a big noise before 7:00. For me, quiet 30 minutes in morning is important.
Let's assume that a tenant needs to contact the real estate to complain on-going construction.
